Anglo-Saxon day

We were invaded by an Anglo-Saxon on Wednesday 22nd September 2004. The children were fascinated with the various forms of punishment. The gorier the better

The children were shown a wide range of Anglo-Saxon artefacts including cooking pots and utensils.

The children were allowed to touch and feel the various artefacts and choose the ones that they were particularly interested in. Their purpose was then fully explained to the group.
